基于区间灰数的中心点白化权函数灰色评价模型——以南京A疗养院满意度评价为例

摘要

针对疗养院满意度评价存在的无法用实数表征的问题,在调研问卷分析中引入区间灰数,对疗养院在体检、餐饮、水疗、客房、病房、环境等方面指标的满意度情况进行表征.在区间灰数中心点白化权函数评价模型的基础上,构建基于隶属度和累积效应的区间灰数白化权函数聚类评价模型,对A疗养院的满意度进行综合评价,从而发现疗养院服务管理中的优势和不足,并为疗养院今后的发展提出相应的对策建议.

Abstract

Aiming to address the issue of real numbers being inadequate to accurately evalu-ate the satisfaction of sanatoriums,we analyzed the satisfaction evaluation of the sanatoriums by introducing grey numbers of the intervals to the questionnaire analysis,which helped to characterize the satisfaction level based on aspects such as physical examination,gastronomy,spa,rooms,wards,and environment.Using the evaluation model of the whitening weight function at the center point of the interval gray number,we constructed the evaluation model based on the affiliation degree and cumulative effect.Rest on this model,we comprehensively evaluated the satisfaction level of the Nanjing A sanatorium.This enabled us to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the service management of the sanatorium and put forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions for future development.
