基于数学方法的破碎煤岩体注浆加固效果评价研究

针对破碎煤岩体注浆加固效果如何受多种因素的影响,运用改进的层次分析法确定指标权重,灰色关联确定参评与标准序列关联度,最大关联度对应的向量等级即为破碎煤岩体注浆加固效果评价效果等级。建立了以注浆施工效果评价为目标层的GRA和IAHP的综合评价体系,改进的层次分析法采用"三标度"确定判断矩阵,保证了矩阵的一致性,并对煤矿注浆施工工程进行了效果评价。研究结果表明,破碎煤岩体注浆加固工程效果为"良好";人员和设备对破碎煤岩体注浆加固效果的影响较大,是破碎煤岩体注浆加固效果评价重点关注的对象;注浆后两帮移近量降低了 606mm,降低比达到86。57%,底鼓量降低了 928mm,降低比达到了84。36%。基本上达到了治理的目的与评价结果良好基本吻合,为提高注浆效果提供了科学依据。
Evaluation of Grouting Reinforcement Effect of Broken Coal Rock Mass Based on Mathematical Method
In view of how the grouting reinforcement effect of broken coal and rock mass is affected by many factors,the index weight is determined by improved analytic hierarchy process,and the correlation degree between evaluation and standard sequence is determined by grey correlation.The vector grade corresponding to the maximum correlation degree is the evaluation effect grade of grouting reinforcement of broken coal and rockmass.The comprehensive evaluation system of GRA and IAHP with grouting construction effect evalu-ation as the target layer is established.The improved analytic hierarchy process uses"three scales"to determine the judgment matrix to ensure the consistency of the matrix.The effect of coal mine grouting construction project is evaluated.The results show that the grouting reinforcement engineering effect of broken coal and rock mass is"good",the personnel and equipment have a great influence on the grouting reinforcement effect of broken coal and rock mass,which is the focus of the evaluation of grouting reinforcement effect of broken coal and rock mass.The purpose of treatment is basically in good agreement with the evaluation results,which provides a scientific basis for improving the grouting effect.
