科技资源共享模式演化博弈及仿真研究

科技资源共享是推动和实施国家创新驱动发展战略的重要内容和基础.比较分析了基于企业主导的项目型共享模式和基于政府主导的平台型共享模式.建立了科技资源共享演化博弈模型,分析了科技资源共享可能的演化均衡点.进一步的仿真分析了主要的博弈变量对博弈决策结果的影响.最后,提出了相关建议,以期对中国科技资源共享实践提供借鉴和参考.
As an important national strategy resource,science and technology resources sharing is very critical for national innovation strategy.Two sharing models,that is,the project-based sharing model and the platform-based sharing model,are analyzed and com-pared.The evolutionary game model of science and technology resources sharing is estab-lished and its evolutionary equilibrium is studied.The possible impact of game variables on decision-making results are also studied with simulation.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the sharing practice of science and technology resources.
