Research on Group Decision-Making Strategy of Purchasing Community Selection Under Probabilistic Linguistic Term Set
When buying a house,buyers will actually encounter similar house types,similar prices and difficult choices,which will be affected by the rhetoric of real estate sales to influence their preferences.Based on this,this paper proposes a new group decision-making strategy for purchasing community selection.Firstly,the big data tool is used to mine the decision information to determine the attributes,and the TF-IDF method and the anti-entropy weight method are used to determine the attribute weights.Secondly,considering the actual situation,the paper uses online reviews and real estate broker decision-making information to assist in the construction of decision matrix,and combines the psychological characteristics of buyers to determine the ranking of schemes by using regret theory.Finally,the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by case analysis,which provides a strong theoretical support for solving the problem of purchasing community selection in reality.
