Research on Low-Carbon Cooperation Strategy of Multi-Agents Under Carbon Offsetting Policy
This study explores the strategy selection and game process of the participation of businesses, governments, and individuals in carbon offset actions, revealing the dynamic evolutionary relationship of the behavior of each stakeholder.A multi-agent low-carbon col-laboration evolutionary game model driven by carbon compensation is established. The evolu-tionary trend simulation of the game process, strategy evolution analysis, and key parameter sensitivity analysis are conducted to obtain the optimal cooperative mode and key influencing factors among various stakeholders. The results show that the game process has an equi-librium and stable strategy. The initial participation willingness of each stakeholder has an impact on the strategy choices of other stakeholders. In addition, the behavior of companies setting an example, penalizing violating companies, providing reasonable subsidy levels, and actively supervising by individuals play a positive role in promoting the implementation of carbon compensation policies and low-carbon collaboration.
