Research on Matching Decision of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Considering Psychological Expectations Under Heterogeneous Information
In response to the bidirectional nature of industry-university-research coopera-tion matching,as well as the issues of heterogeneous information and the limited rationality behavior of matching entities, this paper proposes a matching decision method for industry-university-research cooperation based on psychological expectations under heterogeneous in-formation from the two-sided matching perspective of universities and enterprises.Firstly, the evaluation and expectation values of universities and enterprises are provided separately, and the heterogeneous evaluation information is normalized.Secondly,a benefit-loss value matrix is constructed based on psychological behaviors such as subject loss avoidance to ob-tain an overall perceived value function. Finally, cooperation matching models for universities and enterprises are established, and the models are validated and analyzed through matching cases. The research indicates that the model can adequately consider the psychological expec-tations of industry-university-research cooperation under heterogeneous information, thereby enhancing the satisfaction of cooperation matching solutions.
