Research on the Mechanism of Influencing the Public's Willingness to Share Government Information in the Context of Integrated Media—Based on the Perspective of Use and Satisfaction Theory
Exploring the mechanism of the influence of the public's willingness to share government information under the background of integrated media is of great significance for enhancing the ability of government and social governance and public opinion control.Based on the theory of Usage and Gratification(U&G),the empirical research model was constructed by introducing group identity and perceived value as mediating variables and opinion leaders as moderating variables. The questionnaire method was used to collect data, and second-order structural equation modelling was used to test the hypotheses.Research has found that social satisfaction, information search satisfaction and personal integration satisfaction can reflect the public's use satisfaction, which promotes the public's willingness to share govern-ment information;group identity and perceived sharing value play a partially intermediary role between the use satisfaction and the willingness to share information, and opinion leaders play a positive moderating role between the use satisfaction and the perceived sharing value.Grasping the psychological motivations affecting the willingness to share government informa-tion,enhancing the public's satisfaction with the use of government information, strengthening group identification and perceived sharing value, and giving full play to the positive role of opinion leaders can effectively enhance the willingness to share government information and the dissemination effect.
