Evaluation of Node Importance of Directed Weighted Network for Dairy Safety Supply
As China's dairy industry has developed into a more diversified industrial system for dairy enterprises,dairy farmers,suppliers,investors,government and other stakeholders,the safe supply of dairy industry has formed an increasingly complex network.In order to identify the key nodes in the complex network of dairy safety supply more objectively and effectively,this paper constructs a directed weighted network node importance evaluation model.The model determines the network edge weight based on the triangular fuzzy number method,calculates the degree value,attraction rate and transfer rate of nodes respectively,and obtains the importance ranking of each network node by entropy method.The research shows that the key node importance of the directed weighted network of dairy safety supply is ranked as dairy processing enterprises,government,media and distributors,and the node importance is 0.223,0.203,0.202 and 0.186 respectively.Therefore,only when the dairy processing enterprises play the role of the first person responsible for quality and safety,and the government regulation is effective,the media supervision is strong,and the distributor's product supply is qualified,can the dairy safety supply network operate stably and the dairy safety supply be fully guaranteed.This paper provides some reference ideas and decision-making basis for other food supervision on how to determine the important nodes of food safety supply network.
