回流焊机过炉速度对温度曲线的影响研究

摘要
回流焊机的温度对于电子产品的焊接至关重要,理想的回流焊机温度曲线可以提升焊接质量.利用定积分思想以及一维热传导方程,研究了过炉速度对于温度曲线和受热量的影响.同时在固定温区温度的情况下确定了最优过炉速度范围.并在限制受热量和平滑降低温度曲线的条件下,确定了提升焊接质量最优过炉速度.仿真结果表明,通过研究传输带过炉最优速度,实现对于回流焊机温度曲线的控制,对焊接质量的提升有很大帮助.
Abstract
The temperature of the reflow soldering is very important for the soldering of electronic products,the ideal temperature curve can improve the welding quality.In this pa-per,the influence of furnace speed on the temperature curve and by received heat is studied by using the idea of definite integral and one-dimensional heat conduction equation.At the same time,the optimal range of furnace speed is determined under the condition of fixed tem-perature.Under the condition of received heat and smooth reducted the temperature curve,the optimal furnace speed for welding quality improvement was determined.The simulation results show that,by research the optimal furnace speed of reflow soldering,realize the control of temperature curve of reflow soldering,it can be a great help to improve welding quality.
