Research on Customer Knowledge Sharing Behavior Considering Enterprise Supervision and Knowledge Structure in the Context of Value Co-Creation
The knowledge sharing behavior between customers and enterprises is researched and the evolutionary game theory is used to build the evolutionary game model of knowl-edge sharing between customers and enterprises in this article, which includes the enterprise supervision and knowledge structure. On this basis, the simulation analysis method is used to verify the role of effort level, knowledge sharing income, enterprise supervision intensity, knowledge structure and other factors in the process of explicit and tacit knowledge sharing. The research results show that:1)the initial participation probability is positively correlated with knowledge sharing behavior, and the convergence speed of explicit knowledge sharing is faster under the same conditions;2)effort level and supervision intensity are negatively related to knowledge sharing behavior, and the impact on tacit knowledge sharing is more significant, and it is more conducive to the generation of knowledge sharing behavior when the enterprise's level of effort is higher or the supervision of the enterprise is stronger;3)shared revenue is positively correlated with knowledge sharing behavior, which has a more significant impact on tacit knowledge sharing, and it will be more conducive to the generation of knowledge sharing behavior when allocating higher profits to customers;4)the changes in the structure of knowledge shared by customers have a more significant impact on the evolution of knowledge sharing and the sharing of customer tacit knowledge is more difficult, and it will be more conducive to the generation of knowledge sharing behavior when the proportion of tacit knowledge in the knowledge shared by enterprises is higher.
