考虑评价者后悔规避心理及认知局限性,提出一种新的基于后悔理论的灰熵TOPSIS评价方法。该方法提出改进的线性变换算子规范化评价矩阵,利用幂函数计算效用值,与评价者给出的理想值比较得到"后悔-欣喜"值,进而构建感知效用矩阵;基于区间灰熵构建指标权重的确定方法,根据综合感知效用值的大小给出排序;通过实例对比说明了方法的可行性和有效性。
A Evaluation Method Based on Regret Theory and Grey Entropy TOPSIS
Considering valuator's risk attitudes and cognitive limitation,a new evaluation method based on regret theory and grey entropy TOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,original evaluation values are converted into standard values by using an improved normalization method.Then,based on regret theory the utility values are calculated by using the power function,and the perceived value matrix is constructed by using the regret-rejoice function based on optimum values.A new method is constructed to get the index weight vector based on interval grey entropy.So that the comprehensive perceived values are calculated,a ranking is determined.Finally,an illustrate example shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
