广东省全要素生产率增长率测算与分解——基于随机前沿分析模型

基于广东省21个地级市2011-2021年投入、产出等面板数据,运用随机前沿分析法,构造超越对数生产函数,对各地级市全要素生产率增长率进行测算与分解。研究发现,技术效率对全要素生产率增长率起着主要作用,其次为规模效率,最后为技术进步。十年间,广东省全要素生产率增长率的均值为2。05%,而珠海是全要素生产率增长最快的城市,梅州则是下降最快的城市。在此基础上,本文就广东省全要素生产率提升,提出增加教育投入、推进科技创新、进行技术升级等一系列相关政策建议。
Calculation and Decomposition of Total Factor Productivity Growth Rate in Guangdong Province:Based on Stochastic Frontier Analysis Model
Based on the input and output panel data of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guang-dong Province from 2011 to 2021,this paper uses stochastic frontier analysis method to construct translogarithmic production function to estimate and decompose the total factor productivity growth rate of Guangdong Province and other prefecture-level cities.It is found that technical efficiency has a major impact on the growth rate of total factor productivity in Guangdong Province,scale efficiency has a secondary impact,and finally technological progress.The average growth rate of total factor productivity in Guangdong Province in the past ten years is 2.05%,while Zhuhai is the city with the largest increase in total factor pro-ductivity growth,and Meizhou is the city with the largest decline.On this basis,this article proposes a series of relevant policy recommendations for improving total factor productivity in Guangdong Province,including increasing education investment,promoting technological innovation,and upgrading technology.
