摘要

在飞机机体结构有限元分析中通常采用梁单元或刚性单元模拟接头连接结构的紧固件,此模拟方式使得结构连接刚度过强,导致连接部位应力应变计算结果失真.基于ABAQUS软件建立机翼机身连接接头的弹塑性有限元分析模型,进行非线性耦合分析,可以得出接头部位应力分布情况,并与静力试验结果对比,验证仿真分析的准确性.

Abstract

The whole aircraft calculation module normally adopts fasteners with the rod el-ement or the rigid element to simulate the joint connection structure,this simulating method may result in the over hardness of the support rigidity of the structure and cause the distor-tion of calculation result at connecting portion.The elastoplastic finite element module of wing-fuselage joint connecting structure setup on the basis of ABAQUS software accomplish the nonlinear coupling analysis and compare the calculation results and test results to verify the accuracy of simulation analysis.
