Optimal Method of Emergency Plan Based on Three-Way Intuitionistic Fuzzy System Decision
Emergency plan selection,as a crucial step in emergency decision-making for sudden events, faces challenges in traditional selection methods due to the neglect of decision information fuzziness and the risk of decision-making behavior losses, leading to the risks of erroneous selections and omissions. This article proposes an emergency plan screening method based on three-way decisions with intuitionistic fuzzy sets. This method integrates relevant theories of three-way decisions and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, determining indicator weights through intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. It categorizes alternative plans into three states and three actions, and, based on the Bayes risk minimization principle and the intuitionistic fuzzy hesitation function, designs a dynamic threshold function.Scheme selection is com-pleted by comparing the threshold with the degrees of membership and non-membership.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is demonstrated through practical examples.
