The Principal Component Analysis on Trace Elements in Fructus Arctii of Different Origins
A principal component analysis method was applied to appraise the relationship between trace elements and quality of Fructus Arctii of the different origins.We could get some information about eigenvalues and variance contribution rate of the principal divisor, principal component load matrix,principal component scores and ranking,which could provides a theoretical foundation for quality discrimination of Fructus Arctii.
