Treatment of Membranous Nephropathy Based on"Yinhuo Theory"
Membranous nephropathy is a glomerular disease with proteinuria and edema as the main clinical manifestations,which is one of the refractory nephropathies.Its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated.Li Dongyuan established Yinhuo theory in his Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,and put forward that deficiency of spleen and stomach was the source of all diseases.By analyzing the origin and treatment research of Yinhuo theory,it was found that the spleen and kidney deficiency and interior Yinhuo were closely related to the occurrence and development of membranous nephropathy.The core pathogenesis of mem-branous nephropathy included nutrient leakage,dampness and stasis,and heat and poison accumulation.Deficiency,dampness,heat and blood stasis interact with each other in the course of the disease,and eventually form the syndrome of deficiency and excess mixed.This paper adopts Li Dongyuan's method of treating Yinhuo,according to the clinical characteristics of membranous nephrop-athy,the treatment principle of"invigorating the spleen,strengthening the essence,rising yang and purging fire,removing dampness and blood stasis"can be used as a reference for clinical practice.
