热处理对9Ni钢焊接接头低温性能的影响

针对天然气罐用9Ni钢及其焊接接头在低温条件下塑韧性恶化问题,研究9Ni钢经手工电弧焊后,调质热处理(QT)和两相区热处理(QLT)工艺对焊接接头低温性能的影响规律.结果表明:QT热处理优化方案为淬火温度800℃、回火温度570℃,其热处理过程淬火温度对9Ni钢低温性能的作用主要是由裂纹扩展功完成,回火温度对9Ni钢接头低温性能的作用是由裂纹形成功来完成;QLT优化方案为淬火温度800℃、中间淬火温度670℃、回火温度570℃,其淬火温度对9Ni钢低温性能影响很少,中间淬火温度对9Ni钢材焊接接头低温性能影响主要由裂纹扩展功完成,回火温度对9Ni钢接头低温性能的作用主要是由裂纹扩展功完成.
Effect of Heat Treatment on Low Temperature Performance of 9Ni Steel Welded Joint
Aiming at the deterioration of plasticity and toughness of 9Ni steel and its welded joints for natural gas tank at low temperature,the influence of quenching and tempering heat treatment(QT)and two-phase zone heat treatment(QLT)on the low-temperature properties of welded joints of 9Ni steel after manual arc welding was studied.The results show that the QT heat treat-ment optimization scheme is quenching temperature 800℃,tempering temperature 570℃,the effect of quenching temperature on the low temperature performance of 9Ni steel is mainly completed by crack propagation work,tempering temperature on the low temperature performance of 9Ni steel joint is completed by crack formation work;The optimization scheme of QLT is the quenching temperature of 800℃,the intermediate quenching temperature of 670℃ and the tempering temperature of 570℃.The quenching temperature has little effect on the low temperature performance of 9Ni steel.The effect of the intermediate quenching temperature on the low temperature performance of 9Ni steel welded joint is mainly completed by the crack propagation work,and the effect of tempering temperature on the low temperature performance of 9Ni steel joint is mainly completed by the crack propagation work.
