Objective To explore the method and effect of integrating ideological and political education into clinical basic labo-ratory technology courses for the purpose of training comprehensive medical technical talents.Method Based on the characteristics of this course,we analyze the situation of integrating ideological and political education into clinical basic laboratory technology courses.We use questionnaire survey to analyze the needs of students majoring in medical laboratory technology for course with ide-ological and political education,feedback on teaching effectiveness,and evaluation of the integration of course with ideological and political education.Result 96.8%of students believe that integrating ideological and political content into teaching is necessary;Stu-dents have a high degree of interest in news,current events,social hot topics,etc;95.8%of students expressed satisfaction with the integration of ideological and political content into the curriculum.Conclusion The integration of ideological and political education into this course can effectively integrate ideological and moral education,professional knowledge,and practical skills,achieving the goal of cultivating high-quality and comprehensive medical technology talents,and providing reference and guidance for ideological and political education in other courses.
