摘要
介绍了黄花菜的生产历史、我国黄花菜生产现状、存在的问题,并提出相应的建议.黄花菜是食疗保健功效良好的古老物种,生产食用历史已达2 700多年,现有5个国家开展商品化生产.中国是品质最好、面积最大、栽培历史最悠久的黄花菜生产国.目前黄花菜生产问题逐步得到解决,绿色标准化生产稳步推进,高值化利用精深加工产品日渐增多.
Abstract
This paper introduces the daylily production history,the present situation of China's daylily production,existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding recommendations.Daylily is an ancient species with good therapeutic and health bene-fits,with a history of more than 2700 years of production and consumption,and commercialized production in five countries.China is the producer of daylily with the best quality,the largest area and the longest cultivation history.At present,the problem of daylily production has been gradually solved,the green standardized production has been steadily promoted,and the high-value utilization of deep-processed products is increasing day by day.
