自发气调对鲜黄花采后生理及品质变化的影响

目的筛选适宜的自发气调包装,以延长鲜黄花保鲜期和贮藏品质。方法在0~1℃下,试验0。020 mm聚乙烯(PE)掩口,0。015、0。020、0。030、0。040、0。050聚氯乙烯(PVC)扎口,与0。040 mm聚氯乙烯(PVC)+硅窗扎口7种不同薄膜包装中,鲜黄花的采后生理及品质指标的动态变化。结果自发气调是鲜黄花除低温外的关键保鲜措施,可有效抑制鲜黄花的呼吸强度和乙烯生成率,减缓鲜黄花抗坏血酸含量的下降以及色泽的变化。当贮藏24d时,0。040 mm PVC+硅窗处理的鲜黄花失重率、开花率分别为 1。74%、7。67%,好花率高达 92。33%,相对电导率为36。57%,MDA含量为23。22 nmol/g Fw,显著低于其他自发气调包装处理,且鲜黄花最佳气调指标为O2 1%~4%、CO2 12%~15%,表明0。040 mm PVC+硅窗处理的黄花新鲜度最佳。结论适宜的薄膜包装,可以抑制呼吸作用,降低鲜黄花中丙二醛含量和组织相对电导率,延缓其成熟衰老。
Effect of Spontaneous Climate Control on Postharvest Physiological and Quality Changes of Fresh Daylily
Objective To screen suitable spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging in order to prolong the shelf life and stor-age quality of fresh daylily.Methods The dynamic changes of postharvest physiological and quality indexes of fresh daylily in sev-en different film packagings,including polyethylene(PE)0.020 mm mask,polyvinyl chloride(PVC)0.015,0.020,0.030,0.040,0.050 and 0.040 mm with silicon window,were studied at 0~1℃.Result Spontaneous modified atmosphere is the key preservation measure of fresh daylily in addition to low temperature,which can effectively inhibit the respiratory intensity and ethylene produc-tion rate of fresh daylily,and slow down the decline of ascorbic acid content and color change of fresh daylily.When stored for 24 days,the weight loss rate and flowering rate of 0.040 mm PVC with silicon window treatment were 1.74%and 7.67%,respectively,the good flowering rate was as high as 92.33%,the relative conductivity was 36.57%,and the MDA content was 23.22 nmol/g Fw.It was significantly lower than that of other spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging treatments,and the optimal modified atmo-sphere indexes of daylily were O2 1%~4%and CO2 12%~15%,indicating that the freshness of daylily treated with 0.040 mm PVC with silicon window was the best.Conclusion Suitable film packaging can inhibit respiration,reduce the content of malondialde-hyde and the relative conductivity of tissues in daylily,and delay its maturity and senescence.
