摘要

晋煤集团某矿1307工作面瓦斯涌出量大且瓦斯抽采困难,为解决其上隅角瓦斯超限问题,采用一种设置走向高抽巷抽采瓦斯的方法.首先通过经验公式确定高抽巷最佳抽采层位和距回风巷的位置,进而使用Fluent软件模拟高抽巷瓦斯抽采效果,最后将模拟方案布置于现场进行验证.结果表明:高抽巷垂距35 m、平距30m时,上隅角瓦斯浓度低于1%,符合煤矿安全规程,有效解决了工作面上隅角瓦斯超限难题.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner of the 1307 working face of a certain mine in Jinmei Group,a method of setting the direction of high extraction roadway for gas extraction was adopted.Firstly,the opti-mal extraction layer and distance from the return air roadway were determined through empirical formula calculation.Then,Fluent software was used to simulate the gas extraction effect of the high extraction roadway.Finally,the simulation scheme was arranged on site for verification.The results show that when the vertical distance of the high extraction roadway is 35m and the horizontal dis-tance is 30m,the gas concentration in the upper corner is less than 1%,which complies with the Coal Mine Safety Regulations and effectively solves the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner of the working face.
