Discussion on the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease with Cardiac Diseases from the Perspective of"Heart Kidney Correlation"
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)with cardiac diseases is common in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nephrop-athy.This paper analyzes the syndrome differentiation from the physiology and pathology of the heart and kidney,and reveals the mechanism of the mutual use of the physiological function of the heart and kidney and the mutual influence of the pathological state.It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease with heart diseases is mainly the combination of deficien-cy and excess.When treating,it is necessary to distinguish between the deficiency and excess of organs,prioritize the treatment of kidney and heart,and treat deficiency and excess differently.In urgent cases,the symptoms should be treated,while in mild cases,the root cause should be treated.Clinical practice has proved that the treatment of chronic kidney disease and heart diseases such as palpitation,chest arthralgia,heart failure and sleeplessness can obtain good curative effect from the"heart-kidney correlation"theory.
