Clinical Effect of the Combination Therapy of Butylphthalein and Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To further discuss the clinical effect of butyphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Meth-ods Both groups performed basic treatment in clinical treatment, the control group took aspirin on the basis of conventional treat-ment,and the study group added bulphthalin injection on the basis of control treatment. Both groups were observed continuously for 14d,including efficacy, neurological function and daily living ability, and oxidative stress.Result The total effective rate of the con-trol group was 71.9%,and the total effective rate of the study group was 93.7%.The comparison between the two groups was statisti-cally different,(P<0.05);the NIHSS score and Barthel index scores of the two groups were significantly better than the control group with significant differences and statistically significant,(P<0.05);serum AOPP and MDA in both groups decreased significant-ly,but the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group. In addition, the serum SOD and GSH-PX in both groups were also significantly improved, but the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group. There was a sig-nificant difference in the observation indicators of oxidative stress between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bulphthalide and aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is very effective and worth promoting.
