The cultivation of graduate innovation ability is related to the implementation of the national strategy of building a strong science and technology country and the formation of technological confidence and self-reliance.It is necessary to take improv-ing the comprehensive innovation ability of graduate students as the starting point and foothold,and cultivateing composite high-level applied talents as the goal,to construct a comprehensive innovation ability cultivation model for graduate students.Based on the con-cept of"Five in One"interdisciplinary and ideological and political collaborative education,we always adhere to value guidance;By utilizing the integration of teaching and research competitions,interdisciplinary integration,and industry university research integra-tion paths,we aim to strengthen the academic innovation awareness and scientific research innovation thinking of graduate students;Propose the comprehensive innovation ability training goal of"Four Forces Linkage",comprehensively enhance the comprehensive innovation ability of graduate students,and construct a management science and engineering graduate training model with"Value Guidance,Three-Dimensional Integration,and Ability Orientation"as the main line.By implementing systematic reforms in graduate education,carrying out graduate education practices of model reconstruction,ability reshaping,and path reconstruction,we aim to en-hance the comprehensive innovation ability of management science and engineering graduate students.The cultivation of comprehen-sive innovation ability for graduate students is a continuous process of change,which requires continuous exploration and practice of new training models and practical paths to adapt to technological progress and social needs.
