Evaluation of Habitat Quality in Shanxi Province Based on InVEST Model
Evaluating the impact of land use and cover change on habitat quality is crucial for promoting regional sustainable de-velopment.In order to understand the relationship between land use change and habitat quality in Shanxi Province,and to analyze the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of habitat quality in Shanxi Province,the habitat quality model in the InVEST model was combined with ArcGIS software to conduct habitat evaluation and difference comparison on data of 1980,1990,2000,2010,and 2020 in Shanxi Province.The results show:within 40 years,the land cover in Shanxi Province is still mainly farmland,forest land,and grassland,with an increase in construction land year by year,and a significant decrease in water bodies and unused land;The hab-itat quality in Shanxi Province is showing a downward trend,and the quality level,in terms of time change,is mainly concentrated in poor and excellent area changes over time;In terms of spatial changes,it is mainly reflected in the transfer from a little poor to poor,and from excellent to good and poor,with the transfer direction being towards the northeast and central Shanxi.
