基于BWM-云模型的矿山带式运输装置可靠性评估

为准确评估矿山带式运输装置运行的可靠性,保障矿山安全生产。通过查阅相关文献构建了以人、机、环、管4类因素为一级指标,人员三违率、万吨事故率等17个因素为二级指标的评估指标体系;利用最优最劣法(BWM)确定各级指标权重,并结合云理论建立评估模型;以东古城煤矿为例,运用所建模型对该矿带式运输装置可靠性进行评估。东古城煤矿带式运输装置可靠性良好,评估结果与实际相符,所建模型可快速准确地评估矿山带式运输机可靠性,为东古城煤矿带式运输装置可靠性评估工作提供理论依据。
Reliability Evaluation of Mining Belt Transportation Device Based on BWM Cloud Model
In order to accurately evaluate the reliability of the operation of mining belt transportation device and ensure mine safety production,an evaluation index system was established by referring to the relevant literature,which took the four factors of hu-man,machine,environment and management as the first index,and 18 factors such as the three failure rate of personnel and the ten thousand accident rate as the second index.The Best Worst Method(BWM)is used to determine the weight of each index,and the evaluation model is established according to cloud theory.Taking Donggucheng Coal Mine as an example,the reliability of the belt transportation device is evaluated by using the model.The reliability of belt transport equipment in Donggucheng Coal mine is good,and the evaluation results are consistent with the reality.The model can quickly and accurately evaluate the reliability of belt transpor-tation device in Donggucheng Coal mine,which provides a theoretical basis for the reliability evaluation of belt transportation device in Donggucheng Coal mine.
