摘要
黄芩味苦性寒,归脾经、肺经、大肠经、小肠经,具有清热解毒、燥湿泻火、止血安胎的功效,中医常用其治疗湿热邪气所致之病症,现临床常用黄芩相关制剂以及黄芩类处方治疗流感、发热、抑郁症、急性湿疹、消化系统疾病、皮肤病等疾病.黄芩含有黄酮类、挥发油、多糖等多种化学成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、降脂降糖等多种药理作用.现从黄芩的化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用进行阐述,以期为黄芩的进一步研究与应用提供参考依据.
Abstract
Scutellaria baicalensis has a bitter taste and a cold nature.It belongs to the Spleen Meridian,Lung Meridian,Large Intestine Meridian,and Small Intestine Meridian.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,drying dampness and purging fire,stopping bleeding and preventing miscarriage.Traditional Chinese medicine often uses it to treat diseases caused by damp heat and evil qi.Currently,Scutellaria baicalensis related preparations and prescriptions are commonly used in clinical practice to treat diseases such as influenza,fever,depression,acute eczema,digestive system diseases,and skin diseases.Scutellaria baicalensis con-tains various chemical components such as flavonoids,volatile oils,polysaccharides,etc.It has various pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,lipid-lowering,and hypoglycemic effects.This article elaborates on the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications of Scutellaria baicalensis,in order to provide reference for further research and application of Scutellaria baicalensis.
