摘要

为培养应急领域所需的高素质应用型、技能型人才,首先结合专业和时代特点,通过问卷分析归纳出应急技术与管理领域人才的能力需求;然后基于需求导向、问题导向和系统思维构建出应急技术与管理应用型人才培养框架,并提出了包含通识教育、专业教育、实践教育、未来发展教育4个模块和融入工程教育认证、三全育人两大理念的"四模块+双融入"应用型人才培养体系;最后从创新顶层设计、建设高水平师资队伍、重视全过程培养、改革学生评价体系4个环节开展人才培养实践.表明:社会对应急工作人员的职业能力要求较高,通过"四模块+双融入"的人才培养体系和4个环节,初步取得一定成效,可为其他高校和专业提供参考.

Abstract

To training high-quality applied and skilled talents of emergency technology and management,firstly,the required ca-pability of the talents of emergency technology and management was summed up through the analysis of questionnaire.Then the ap-plied personnel training system for emergency technology and management integrating"four modules and two concepts"was con-structed,which included general education module,professional education module,practical education module,future development education module,and two concepts of engineering education certification and three comprehensive education.Lastly,the training links in application-oriented universities were explored from the aspects of innovating top-level design,building high-level teaching staff,attaching importance to the whole-process training and reforming the student evaluation system.The results show that the pro-fessional ability of emergency personnel is highly required.The applied personnel training system will help to train more high-level applied talents of emergency technology and management,and to provide reference for other universities.
