基于模糊PID的焦炉炉温串级控制系统研究

针对非线性的焦炉炉温控制系统,提出了采用模糊PID的串级控制方法。通过比例调节方法控制煤气流速,通过模糊PID调节方法控制焦炉炉温。当外界控制条件平稳时,该串级控制系统处于相对稳定的状态;当炉温或煤气流量发生变化时,该控制系统可以自适应地调节,最终达到稳定状态。利用MATLAB构建了PID控制与模糊PID控制的仿真模型,在无噪音和有噪音两种情形下模拟仿真表明:模糊PID控制的超调量和稳态误差小,而且反应速度快,调整时间短,抗干扰能力强,有良好的控制效果。
A Study of the Coke Oven Temperature Cascade Control System Based on Fuzzy PID
In view of the nonlinear coke oven temperature control system,the cascade control method is proposed with fuzzy PID control.The gas flow adopts proportion control and the temperature adopts fuzzy PID control.When the external control condi-tions are stable,the cascade control system is relatively stable.When the temperature or the gas flow changes,the control system can adaptively adjust,and eventually reach a stable state.The simulation models of PID control and fuzzy PID control are made by MATLAB.And the simulation analysis is carried out under the conditions of no noise and noise,the fuzzy PID control has the small overshoot,the steady state error,the fast response speed,the short adjustment time,the strong anti-jamming ability,and the better control effect.
