大同矿区煤炭科学开采量化研究

为了促进煤矿业全面发展,实现科学采煤,在现有的科学采矿体系上加入完全成本和综合收益两个维度的指标,构建了新的煤矿科学开采体系,使用标准化计量法、开关计量法、分段函数计量法和专家计量法对指标进行处理得出量化值,结合指标所占权重计算科学开采指数来确定开采等级,针对矿井当前开采等级以及科学开采指数给出改进措施,以大同矿区煤炭开采为例对新体系应用说明,结论得出大同矿区煤炭开采等级为良好,在智能开采方面有所欠缺,建议引入智能化采矿设备,普及智能化、无人化开采技术,加强煤矿智能建设。
Quantitative Research on Scientific Coal Mining in Datong Mining Area
In order to In order to promote the comprehensive development of the coal mining industry and realize scientific coal mining,a new scientific mining system for coal mines is constructed by adding the indicators of two dimensions,namely,full cost and comprehensive income,using standardized measurement method,switch measurement method,segment function measurement method and expert measurement method to process the indicators to obtain the quantitative value,and then calculating the scientific mining index by combining the weights accounted for by the indicators to determine the mining grade,and giving improvement mea-sures for the current mining grade and scientific mining index of the mines.The current mining grade and scientific mining index of the mine give improvement measures,and take Datong mining area coal mining as an example to illustrate the application of the new system,the conclusion is that Datong mining area coal mining grade is good,and there is a lack of intelligent mining,it is rec-ommended that the introduction of intelligent mining equipment,popularization of intelligent,unmanned mining technology,and strengthen the intelligent construction of coal mines.
