摘要
ZSM-5是少数实现工业化应用的分子筛之一,广泛用于分离吸附、工业催化和环保领域.ZSM-5分子筛传统的合成方法需要使用溶剂和添加有机胺或无机铵作模板剂,这均不利于经济和环境友好.故此,研究者进一步探索ZSM-5分子筛的合成技术.本文从合成原料的绿色化角度,综述了绿色合成ZSM-5分子筛的进展.探讨绿色合成功能化ZSM-5分子筛的关键因素,一方面为建立分子筛生成的微观理论汇集实验基础,另一方面为其他分子筛的绿色合成提供借鉴.
Abstract
ZSM-5 is one of the few zeolites that have been industrialized and widely used in separation adsorption,industrial ca-talysis and environmental protection fields.The traditional synthesis method of ZSM-5 molecular sieve requires the use of solvents and the addition of organic amines or inorganic ammonium as template agents,which are not conducive to economy and environ-mental friendliness.Therefore,researchers have further explored the synthesis technology of ZSM-5 molecular sieve.This article re-views the progress of green synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite from the perspective of green synthesis of raw materials.Exploring the key factors for green synthesis of functionalized ZSM-5zeolite,laying an experimental foundation for establishing the microscopic theo-ry of molecular sieve generation,and providing reference for the green synthesis of otherzeolite.
