摘要
基于"2023年全国公众福利态度调查"数据,将困难群体共同富裕分为物质共同富裕与精神共同富裕两个维度,通过OLS回归方法,分析社会救助对困难群体共同富裕的影响和收入差距感知在此影响中的中介效应.结果表明,社会救助对促进困难群体物质共同富裕和精神共同富裕均具有显著的正向影响,并且这种影响效应具有较强的稳健性;收入差距感知在社会救助影响困难群体共同富裕中起到了中介作用.分组回归结果显示,社会救助对女性困难群体物质共同富裕的影响较男性更强,对男性困难群体精神共同富裕的影响较女性更强;社会救助对农村困难群体共同富裕的影响要显著大于城镇;在促进困难群体物质共同富裕方面,物质和经济救助的影响要大于就业帮扶和教育帮扶;在促进困难群体精神共同富裕方面,教育帮扶的影响要大于物质和经济救助、就业帮扶.据此结论提出相关政策建议.
Abstract
Based on the data from the"2023 National Public Welfare Attitude Survey",this study develops indica-tors of common prosperity for disadvantaged groups,encompassing both material and spiritual dimensions.Using the OLS regression method,this research analyzes the impact of social assistance on the common prosperity of disadvan-taged groups,as well as the mediating effect of income disparity perception.The results indicate that social assis-tance significantly and positively promotes both material and spiritual prosperity of disadvantaged groups,and these effects are robust.The perception of income gap plays a mediating role in the influence of social assistance on the common prosperity of disadvantaged groups.The subgroup regression results show that social assistance has a stron-ger impact on the material prosperity of female disadvantaged groups compared to males and a stronger impact on the spiritual prosperity of male disadvantaged groups compared to females.Social assistance has a significantly grea-ter impact on the common prosperity of rural disadvantaged groups compared to urban ones.In promoting material prosperity,material and economic assistance has a greater effect than employment and educational assistance;In promoting spiritual prosperity,educational assistance has a greater effect than material and economic assistance or employment assistance.Based on these findings,relevant policy recommendations are proposed.
