With the shift in consumption concepts in China,enterprises are facing increased environmental require-ments and a growing trend of green consumption.The impact of digital transformation and financial marketization on corporate green innovation is becoming increasingly significant.Based on the data from A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2020,this paper explores the direct effects of digital transformation on corporate green innovation and how financial marketization enhances this effect by improving information transparency and increasing financial sup-port.The study finds that digital transformation can significantly improve corporate green innovation levels.Further-more,financial marketization can further strengthen this effect by reducing agency costs,alleviating financing con-straints,and expanding R&D investments brought about by digital transformation.Additionally,according to the technology intensity of the industry which the enterprises are in,the study also examines the differential impact of digital transformation on green innovation of different types of enterprises and the varying moderating effects of fi-nancial marketization,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for formulating targeted environmental poli-cies and incentive measures.
