一株野生双孢蘑菇生物学特性研究

本实验室分离到一株野生蘑菇,通过形态观察结合ITS方法初步鉴定为双孢蘑菇,命名为G1菌株.主要利用固体平板培养研究了该菌株对碳源和氮源的营养需求、麦粒培养基上的生长情况以及在不同含水量培养料条件下的茵丝生长情况,结果表明:(1)在供试的碳源和氮源中,G1菌株茵丝生长的最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨和黄豆粉,最适碳氮比为30∶1.(2)G1菌株在麦粒培养基上生长正常,生长速度为(3.980±0.552) mm/d.(3)G1菌株茵丝在含水量为55%~75%培养料上均能生长,最适含水量为65%.
Biological Characteristics of a Wild Agaricus bisporus Strain
Our laboratory gathered a wild mushroom strain,referred as G1.Comprehensive analysis of morphological characteristics and ITS sequence,G1 strain was identified as Agaricus bisporus.We studied the carbon sources and nitrogen sources required by the mycelia of G1 strain and the performance of G1 strain growth in wheat mixture and different moisture content of composts.The experimental results indicated that the optimal carbon source was maltose and the optimal nitrogen source was peptone and soybean meal and the optimal C/N value was 30 ∶ 1.The performance of G1 strain growing in wheat mixture was normal,the growth rate was (3.980 ± 0.552) mm/d.The optimal moisture content of compost was 65%.
