Biological Characteristics of a Wild Agaricus bisporus Strain
Our laboratory gathered a wild mushroom strain, referred as G1.Comprehensive analysis of morphological characteristics and ITS sequence,G1 strain was identified as Agaricus bisporus. We studied the carbon sources and nitrogen sources required by the mycelia of G1 strain and the performance of G1 strain growth in wheat mixture and different moisture content of composts. The experimental results indicated that the optimal carbon source was maltose and the optimal nitrogen source was peptone and soybean meal and the optimal C/N value was 30 ∶ 1.The performance of G1 strain growing in wheat mixture was normal, the growth rate was (3.980 ± 0.552) mm/d.The optimal moisture content of compost was 65%.
