区间直觉犹豫模糊集(Interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set,IVIHFS)可以描绘现实中大量不确定信息.文章针对IVIHFS一般的距离测度,考虑决策者在决策时对犹豫程度的偏好,定义了新的距离测度公式,并证明其满足公理化定义,弥补了现有距离测度的不足.针对一般决策过程中属性权重难以评估的问题,定义了区间直觉犹豫模糊熵,利用熵权法计算属性权重.然后在属性权重已知情况下给出了相应的加权距离测度公式.最后结合TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)法考虑新的熵与距离测度下区间直觉犹豫模糊集的多属性决策方法,利用实例阐述所提方法的有效性与实用价值,并通过仿真实验进一步说明了所提距离测度公式的有效性和稳定性.
Distance Measure of Interval-valued Intuitionistic Hesitant Fuzzy Sets Based on Hesitancy Preference and Its Decision-making Application
Interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set(IVIHFS)can describe a lot of uncertain information in reality.Aiming at the general distance measures of IVIHFSs,considering the preference of decision makers for hesitancy degree in decision-making,a new distance measure formula is defined,and proved that it meets the axiomatic definition,which makes up the deficiency of exist-ing distance measures.Aiming at the problem that attribute weights are difficult to evaluate in general decision-making process,the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy entropy is defined,and attribute weights are calculated by entropy weight method.Then the corresponding weighted distance measure formula is given when the attribute weights are known.Finally,considering the multi-attribute decision-making method of interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy sets under the new entropy and distance measures with TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)method,the effectiveness and practical value of the proposed method are illustrated with an example,and the effectiveness and stability of proposed distance measure formulas are fur-ther illustrated through simulation experiments.
