Soil Organic Nitrogen Mineralization and Fungal Diversity Characteristics of Mowing Grassland in Northern Shanxi Province
In order to investigate the effect of mowing intensity on the relationship between soil organic nitrogen mineralization and fungal diversity in grassland in northern Shanxi Province, soil nitrogen mineralization in situ field experiment and soil fungal com-munity analysis were conducted on the mowed grassland. The results showed that soil net nitrogen mineralization was the highest un-der moderate mowing intensity in August. The mean values of soil net nitrogen mineralization during the whole growing season from high to low were in the following order:moderate mowing, heavy mowing, light mowing and no mowing.Soil net nitrogen mineralization of moderate mowing treatment was the highest and significantly higher than that in no mowing treatment in the grow-ing season. The diversity of soil fungi community was increased by mowing treatment. The ACE index,Chao index and Shannon-Wiener index reached the maximum under moderate mowing intensity(737.2,738.5 and 4.506,respectively),and the Simpson index reached the maximum under heavy mowing intensity(0.072).Mortierellomycota and Mortierella were inhibited by the net nitrate ni-trogen content and net nitrogen mineralization content of the month, while Epicoccum had a negative effect on the monthly net am-monium nitrogen content.Soil total carbon significantly promoted the abundance of Ascomycota,Gibberella and Neocosmospora, while soil C/N ratio promoted the abundance of Pezizella.
