摘要
传统测试台逐渐难以满足日益复杂的电子产品的测试需求.本文使用PXI总线技术及LabVIEW开发平台,由成熟标准的板卡及仪器搭建了一种机电计算机自动测试系统,完成了被测件各功能项测试及数据存储显示.该系统测试效率高、使用维护方便,已成功地应用于产品的调试验收工作.
Abstract
As traditional test bed cannot satisfy the test requirements of electronic product which is more and more complicated.The article introduces an automatic test system for electromechanical computer based on PXI bus and LabVIEW.The system which is set up with mature board and instrument can accomplish the task of all function testing,data display and data storage.This system has good testing efficiency and it is easy to use and maintain.Now,it applies to work on the job of debugging and acceptance.
