随着城乡建设快速发展,天然气管道沿线的各类建筑、人员密集区域不断增加,已成为管道运营企业安全管理的严重挑战.传统依靠人员管理的方法不仅耗费大量的人力,且存在时效性差、空窗期长、重复和无效工作多诸多弊端.通过信息化技术手段的应用,对高后果区进行全面、科学管理,降低运行风险,实现安全生产,已成为企业在新形势下的重要课题.
Application of Information Technology in High Consequence Area Management of Natural Gas Pipelines
With the rapid development of urban and rural construction,various types of buildings and densely populated areas along natural gas pipelines are constantly increasing,which has become a serious challenge to the safety management of pipeline operators.The traditional method of relying on personnel management not only con-sumes a large amount of manpower,but also has many drawbacks such as poor timeliness,long idle window,repet-itive and ineffective work.The application of information technology to comprehensively and scientifically manage high consequence areas,reduce operational risks,and achieve safe production has become an important issue for enterprises in the new situation.
