基于光纤湿度传感器的湿度监测系统

尿不湿侧漏、回渗影响用户健康,通过肉眼观察尿显和触摸的监测手段具有明显的迟滞性.基于此设计了一种光纤湿度传感器的湿度监测系统实现尿不湿侧漏、回渗情况的监测,通过改进传感器减少压力对监测准确性的影响,使用COMSOL软件进行仿真实验.实验结果表明,压力为0~60 KN 时,光纤湿度传感器波长未明显偏移,监测系统对压力不敏感;在相对湿度为10%RH~60%RH时,波长和相对湿度近乎呈线性分布,且重复性好,监测系统能够有效监测相对湿度的轻微波动.
Humidity Monitoring System Based on Fiber-optic Humidity Sensor
The side leakage and reosmosis of diapers affect the health of users,and the monitoring methods of urine display by naked eye and touch have obvious hysteresis.In this paper,a humidity monitoring system based on fiber-optical humidity sensor is designed to monitor the side leakage and reosmosis of diapers.The influence of pressure on monitoring accuracy is reduced by improving the sensor,and simulation experiments are carried out u-sing COMSOL software.The experimental results show that when the pressure is 0-60KN,the wavelength of the fi-ber-optical humidity sensor do not shifted obviously,and the monitoring system is not sensitive to pressure.When the relative humidity is 10%-60%RH,the wavelength and relative humidity are almost linear with good repeatabili-ty,and the monitoring system can effectively monitor slight fluctuations in relative humidity.
