内置永磁同步电机最大转矩电流比控制综述

内置永磁同步电机(IPMSM)转矩由电磁转矩和磁阻转矩构成.改善IPMSM运行效率可以从最大限度利用其磁阻转矩的角度出发研究,最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制策略的目标就是对IPMSM 磁阻转矩的充分利用.基于此,对MTPA控制策略进行了梳理和总结,对不同MTPA控制策略分析了其实现策略,最后重点介绍了基于虚拟信号注入的MTPA控制策略.
Review of Maximum Torque Per Ampere Control for Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine Drives
The torque of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)is composed of electro-magnetic torque and reluctance torque.The improvement of IPMSM operation efficiency can be studied from the perspective of maximizing the use of its reluctance torque.The goal of the Maximum Torque Per Ampere(MTPA)control strategy is to make full use of IPMSM reluctance torque.In this paper,the MTPA control method is combed and summarized.The basic implementation algorithm is analyzed for different MTPA control modes.At last,a new MTPA control method based on virtual signal injection is introduced emphatically.
