摘要
大型飞机环控系统通常采用辅助冷却装置实现温度的调节与控制,其主要应用于冷却厨房餐车、电子设备以及大功率设备舱等.基于此,设计了一种基于模型的飞机环控辅助冷却系统仿真设备,通过PID控制模拟飞机辅助冷却系统的工作情况,该设备不受场地限制,支持在不同实验环境下运行,同时设备硬件平台可加载不同的模型,支持多次开发,以适应不同的需求场景.
Abstract
Large aircraft environmental control systems typically use auxiliary cooling devices to regulate and control temperature,which are mainly used to cool kitchens,dining cars,electronic equipment and high-power equipment compartments.This article designs a model based simulation equipment for aircraft environmental control auxiliary cooling system,which simulates the operation of the aircraft auxiliary cooling system through PID control.The equipment is not limited by the site and supports operation in different experimental environments.At the same time,the hardware platform of the equipment can load different models and support multiple development to adapt to different demand scenarios.
