摘要
橡胶手套材质较软而且光滑,存在不易折叠或者折叠后五指容易褶皱的问题.为了解决上述问题,研发了一套自动折叠手套设备,介绍了该机构的关键装置及控制系统方案设计;该装置保证了手套的平整度和一致性,不仅提高了生产效率,而且有助于产业化发展.
Abstract
In the view of that the material of rubber gloves is relatively soft and smooth,there are the problems of not folding easily and easy crumpling after folding.In order to solve the above problems,a device is designed to fold gloves automatically.This paper introduces the key mechanism and control system scheme.This scheme en-sures the smoothness and consistency of gloves,which not only improves the production efficiency,but also contrib-utes to industrialization development.
