主要阐述了什么是SEMI F47 电压瞬降,SEMI F47 的标准曲线及测试特性规范,如何预防电压瞬降的技术措施,通过一系列措施的改进、参数设置、线路改进等使设备具有应对电压瞬降的能力,保证设备正常运行.
Abstract
This paper mainly describes what is SEMI F47 voltage sag immunity,SEMI F47 standard curve and test characteristic specification;how to prevent voltage sag immunity technical measures;through a series of meas-ures improving,parameter setting and line improvement,the equipment has the ability to cope with voltage sag im-munity and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
