大数据时代背景下高校数据治理策略的探究

摘要
在大数据背景下,随着高等教育数字化转型的加快,高校内部的数据资源正以前所未有的速度增长与累积,其中广泛包含了人事管理、教育教学、科研活动等多个维度,这些都是构建智慧校园的重要基石.本文对国内外高校在数据治理领域的研究现状以及国内治理背景进行了阐述,并针对高校数据所存在的冗余、质量欠佳、非标准化严重等问题进行了探讨,结合调研和实践经验提出了一套行之有效的数据治理策略.
Abstract
In the context of big data,with the acceleration of digital transformation of higher education,the da-ta resources within universities are growing and accumulating at an unprecedented speed,which widely includes personnel management,education and teaching,scientific research activities and other dimensions,which are es-sential cornerstones for building an intelligent campus.The research status of universities at home and abroad in the field of data governance and the background of data governance are elaborated.Besides,the problems existing in the data of universities,such as redundancy,poor quality,serious non-standardization are discussed.The article puts forward a set of effective data governance strategies based on research and practical experience.
