UPS为生产设备持续运行提供稳定电力供应.设计了一个输出为交流30V的单相不间断电源.电路由市电经过整流电路、升压电路、EG8010 和IRS2113S芯片控制驱动的单相桥式逆变电路、辅助电源等组成.当市电发生断电,自动切换至24V直流稳压电源(模拟蓄电池)供电,以保障设备的正常工作.经测试,本设计输出正弦电压波形失真度小、电压调整率和负载调整率不大于0.5%,同时还具有过流保护、过压保护的功能.
Design of a Single-phase Online UPS
UPS provides stable power supply for continuous operation of production equipment.This article de-signs a single-phase uninterruptible power supply with an output of 30V AC.The circuit consists of a single-phase bridge inverter circuit controlled and driven by a rectification circuit,a boost circuit,EG8010 and IRS2113S chips,and an auxiliary power supply.When the mains power is cut off,it automatically switches to a 24V DC reg-ulated power supply(simulated battery)to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.After testing,this design has low distortion of sinusoidal voltage waveform,and the voltage adjustment rate and load adjustment rate are not more than 0.5%.It also has functions of overcurrent protection and overvoltage protection.
