2023 年,随着人口老龄化的急剧加剧和全面开放的疫情,老年人的健康问题面临着极大的安全隐患.特别是在日常生活中,老年人需要减少物流运输中的病毒传播.基于此设计了一种以MM3277 微控制器为核心,搭载红外避障、摄像头、电机驱动、GPS、陀螺仪、无刷电机等模块的无人小车配送系统.该系统可应用于老年公寓或养老院等老年人普适化场所,为老年人提供完善的物流系统.除完成普通物流配送车的避障、语音播报及开关仓门等基础功能外,搭载无刷电机制造的无人小车配送系统能够极大地提升运输效率,将每份货物及时运输到指定地点,降低人工运输成本、提高货物运输的准确性.
Efficient Unmanned Car Distribution System Based on MM3277
In 2023,with the rapid aggravation of the aging of the population and the fully open epidemic,the health problems of the elderly are facing great safety risks.Especially in daily life,the elderly need to reduce the transmission of the virus in logistics transportation.In this paper,an unmanned car distribution system is designed with MM3277 microcontroller as the core,equipped with infrared obstacle avoidance,camera,motor drive,GPS,gyroscope,brushless motor and other modules.This system can be applied to the universal places for the elderly,such as apartments or nursing homes for the elderly,to provide a perfect logistics system for theelderly.In addition to the basic functions such as obstacle avoidance,voice broadcast and warehouse door switch of the ordinary logis-tics distribution vehicle,the unmanned car distribution system equipped with brushless motor manufacturing greatly improves the transportation efficiency,transports each goods to the designated place in time,reduces the cost of la-bor transportation and improves the accuracy of goods transportation.
