基于AI、物联网、大数据、移动互联网、地理信息、5G等新一代信息技术,分析水利海量视频监视、遥感影像、水量/水位/水质等实时监测数据,重点围绕河湖视频的场景感知分析研究.基于数据知识双驱动的水利工程大数据融合分析研究、水利设备时域与空域融合的场景感知深度模型研究,形成河流场景的特征图库以及巡河模型、运维模型,实现水利预报预警提醒、精准化决策分析和水利工程安全运行系统,提升河湖监管和决策分析能力.
Research on Key Technology Applications for Full Scene Perception of Rivers and Lakes
Based on new generation information technologies such as AI,Internet of Things,big data,mobile internet,geographic information,and 5G.,this article analyzes the real-time monitoring data such as massive water conservancy video monitoring,remote sensing images,and water/water level/water quality,the focus is on scene perception analysis of river and lake videos.The research on big data fusion analysis of water conservancy projects based on data knowledge dual drive,research on scene perception depth model of water conservancy equipment time-domain and airspace fusion forme the feature map library of river scenes,river patrol model,operation and maintenance model that realizing water conservancy forecast,early warning,accurate decision analysis and safe op-eration system of water conservancy projects,and improve the ability of river and lake supervision and decision analysis.
