一种远程终端采集系统包括两台远程终端采集单元和两台远程接口单元,提出针对该采集系统的测试验证方法.模拟飞管系统的上位机和交联的各激励信号源,实现数据交互,完成基于测试用例的测试验证试验.测试设计与实现主要包括远程终端采集系统通过 1394B总线组网测试、单台远程终端采集单元或单台远程接口单元通过 1394B总线联网测试;该测试验证方法实现远程终端采集系统交联数据的仿真模拟、记录显示、数据分析等功能.测试验证试验结果表明,通过该测试验证方法,实现了远程终端采集系统功能、性能的全面验证,实现了远程终端采集系统的故障注入测试,有效提升了远程终端采集系统的测试性、可靠性.
A Testing and Verification Method for Remote Terminal Acquisition System
The paper introduces a remote terminal acquisition system which includes two remote terminal acqui-sition units and two remote interface units,and proposes a testing and verification method for the acquisition sys-tem.It simulates the upper computer of the flight control system and the interconnected excitation signal sources;a-chieves data exchange and completes testing verification experiments based on test cases.The test design and im-plementation mainly includes the remote terminal acquisition system through 1394B bus networking test,a single remote terminal acquisition unit or a single remote interface unit through 1394B bus networking test.This testing and verification method achieves functions such as simulation,record display,and data analysis of remote terminal collection system cross-linked data.The results of the test and verification test show that through this test verifica-tion method,comprehensive verification of the function and performance of the remote terminal acquisition system has been achieved,and fault injection testing of the remote terminal acquisition system has been achieved,effec-tively improving the testability and reliability of the remote terminal acquisition system.
