摘要
链氧工艺是应用于PERC电池片生产过程中一项新工艺,链氧工艺后易产生大量带有崩边缺角等缺陷的硅片,这些硅片会造成后续设备运行异常,严重影响工厂电池片生产效率及工艺品质.基于此,提出了一种配合视觉检测的在线式链氧下料机缺陷硅片剔除机构,解决了在链氧工艺环节硅片连续不间断传送过程中,缺陷硅片难以剔除的技术问题.
Abstract
The chain oxygen process is a new technique that can be applied to PERC battery manufacturing process.After the chain oxygen process,it is easy to produce large quantities of defective silicon chips with col-lapsed corners and edges.These defective chips could result in abnormal operation of relevant equipment,which in turn can have a significant impact on the production efficiency and product quality for producing battery in the fac-tory.This paper proposes an online mechanism with visual detection,which can remove the defective silicon chips in a chain oxygen feeder.This mechanism solves the technical issue that the defective silicon chips are hard to be removed during the continuous transmission in the chain oxygen process.
