超声波雾化器在加湿系统中的应用

针对目前博物馆加湿系统主要采用水的自然蒸发加湿,加湿速度慢、加湿量小等缺点,设计出一款超声波雾化器加湿装置,采用目前技术较为成熟的超声波雾化器产品,但超声波雾化器加湿量大、加湿速度快、在低电压下易产生水珠,需要采取合理的结构设计和电压控制.通过大量实验表明,孔径为4mm网状结构可以很好的隔离水珠且可以渗透雾气,雾化器电压调节采用PID调节,可以有效控制展柜湿度,防止湿度超调.超声波雾化器在加湿系统中应用具有加湿速度快、湿度控制精准等特点,对于各种体积的展柜具有通用性.
Application of Ultrasonic Atomizer in Humidification System
At present,the museum humidification system mainly uses natural evaporation of water for humidifi-cation,which has disadvantages such as slow humidification speed and small humidification amount.The paper de-signs a humidification device using an ultrasonic atomizer,which utilizing mature ultrasonic atomizer products.However,the ultrasonic atomizer has the characteristics of large humidification capacity,fast humidification speed,and easy generation of water droplets under low voltage,so the reasonable structural design and voltage control need to be adopted.Numerous experiments have shown that a mesh structure with a pore size of 4mm can effectively iso-late water droplets but can penetrate mist.The voltage regulation of the atomizer adopts PID regulation,it can ef-fectively control the humidity of the display cabinet to prevent humidity overshoot.The application of ultrasonic at-omizers in humidification systems has the characteristics of fast humidification speed and precise humidity control,that making them versatile for various volume exhibition cabinets.
